I found that I really do love juicing. Especially while I was going thru chemotherapy treatment. To be honest, I could never juice if I didn’t add the things I like.
With my sister being a licensed nutritional consultant and telling me I need to eat beets. Then my dad telling me to eat beets. And now a visit from my cousin all the way from hawai’i saying the beets are good… Well, I drop the beet err-day now, in my blender.
I don’t really prefer to eat beets but the nutritional value in beets and beet greens are awesome! Evey day is different when I blend my juice. I just want to share what I do.
Being truthfully honest tho. I couldn’t drink it if I didn’t like it. Not even if it was good for me. The most important ingredient I put in all my smoothie/juices is vanilla Wow Smoothie Mix. I kid you not it makes my smoothie so much more enjoyable!
