ALOHA! To the ladies taking advantage of Beautiful Soul challenge, I apologize for being a day late. To all others, welcome! For the next 21 days I will be following as well as participating as well as offering my brilliantly awesome skills at juicing! So don’t forget to subscribe and like and share because this is going to be one fabulous blog ride.

Doesn’t this look fabulously delicious! I love how green and fresh it looks.

All my juicing recipes I will always always be using the same base. I might seem like a lot but it really isn’t. Any dry ingredients I buy in bulk from Costco so it lasts a long time. Any fruits and vegetables come from Fred Meyers, Costco and Sterino Farms. I always buy from the organic section because it just makes sense to me.
Let’s get to it. A brilliant base calls for awesome ingredients.

  • Red or Golden Beets
  • Kale
  • Celery
  • Cilantro
  • Apple
  • Cucumber
  • Flax Seed
  • Chia Seed
  • Hemp Hearts
  • Organic Honey (Optional)

Kaletopia is made with a little extra kale and honey. I combine all the dry ingredients into one cup to make it easier to blend. A full mason jar cup of water. Honey to taste.

I cannot drink any kind of juice if I don’t like it. I’m not a hardcore juice drinker that can drink anything. I have to like it! My choice of using a Vitamix was an investment into my future. Costly, yes. I use it everyday so it’s paying off. The benefits of juicing is amazing! Using fresh organic ingredients make a huge difference. And using a great blender makes a world of difference! Manly because I don’t like to eat my juice. If you know what I mean.

Don’t forget to follow Mana Wahine Fitness. Have a beautiful weekend and don’t forget to MAKE MAHALO!
