(put it on the record, I hate multi-day challenges!)
I love to workout. I love to feel the pain! The good kind of pain. I just find myself getting allergic to all these different types of challenges out there that make you do things that start to get boring or give me no results OR, are just no fun at all!!! I love workout pain and gain but it has to be super enjoyable for me or I’m just not going to do it at all.
GUESS WHAT! I found a fun workout that has all what I need! Today I challenge myself to stick with this for 1 week and evaluate to see if I want to LOVE IT! or SLAP IT IN THE FACE! Lol
